Hi I came across a FB post mentioning a guy called Gert Fouche' who crashed in the Munga but haven't seen any updates.

Can anyone she's some light?

”Hi everyone, Gert had a calm night. He is very alert and frustrated because the trachy means he can’t communicate easily. I’ll take frustrated any day- that’s Gert 🤣 
They’re putting a filter in his groin tomorrow because there are more blood clots in his leg where he fractured the knee, to prevent the clots from travelling when they do the knee on Friday 🤞🏻 
They are also taking the drains out of his lungs tomorrow. 🙏🏼”

Any idea how the accident happen, motor vehicle involved or did he fall asleep behind the wheel? Bainskloof is the last place I would want an episode like that. Happened to me once at 36One, skrukked myself sober moments before ending up horizontally.

A vehicle was involved.
