epoh Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 I have been riding Time since I started cycling in 2006 and have never changed my cleats, is it normal for cleats to last this long? I cycle fairly regularly except during winter I only do races. I am contemplating on checking out Speedplay.
Rich Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 I am riding Shimano's but would prefer a pedal with a little float - what do you recommend or is float a bad idea on road pedals? My MTB pedals have float and I have no discomfort at all.
