Hacc Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 I listen to upbeat music - DJ Networx etc... I searched on the internet for IDT training dvds, the Robbie Ventura training dvd looks great but they don't export to SA http://www.saris.com/p-332-race-day-dvd.aspx Any other recommended dvds? Where do I buy it?
Sean Badenhorst Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 10h00-11h00 weekdays: VH1 Aerobic. Phen's signature x 10!
fandacious Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 I cannot bring myself to sit on my IDT. Instead I go sit on the spin bikes @ VA. They overlook the swimming pool, so there's always something to keep your mind off the pain
