TheLegend Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 think mine is 42. had surgery 6 month ago and they injected me adrenalin twice cause my pulse went below 45 (which seems to be their accepted minimum) and they thought they were loosing me

The Crazy German Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 mine was 38 when I was at my best, thats long ago. Today three landbouwkrediet oakies stuffed me up. Have 2 buddies who recorded very low 20's one was medium talented the other one very talented(though sadly faded away later)

cat-i Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 hah! quickly went through my suunto's training logs. lowest heart rate i recorded is at the bottom of a 400metre hill outside my house; so everywhere i cycle i go down there first ... and if i do that first thing in the morning, it's pretty much "resting", isn't it? lowest i got there was 45 (& a few 46's; majority in 50's though)
