Hi Rad and well done. I passed you the first time going up one of the

hills... you had your head down ( i hope concentrating) and did what

you had to do. Thanx for the siren when I shouted to you. Sorry I

didn't slow down for a chat, but I was really trying to get a good time.

 

You looked a lot better the second time ( I went back to ride with the

wife and Frikkie on the tandem)... still hitting the siren

 

I crapped cramped a lot in the last 10 k's or so, and I am on a 7.8kg bike. I seriously take hat of to you for riding that 40kg bike, that has the aero dynamics of a brick, for that distance and in that time  (I  haven't found an emoticon that does a bow)
