As per your 94.7 manuel they can ONLY be purchased from Winningtime - not sure why but maybe pop them a mail or use a cable tie as suggested - save a few grams and rands in the process.

if you were closer i would give you mine i havent used mine in ages since i started using the cable tie method

if you worried about the ties scratching your frame just use some insulation tape on it before tying it down!!!

Speaking of chips, I see mine has fallen out of my transponder case and gone "walkabout". Frankly I couldnt care, I only use it once or twice a year, but I wondered if this was a common thing.?

from the winningtime website:

"BUT for cycling, DO NOT attach your chip to the front fork (metal in your axle/skewer will cause interference), your shoe lace (chips lies horizontally and there is the metal of the pedal between the chip and the ground), or any other metal tube of the bicycle."

so how are u guys attaching it to the fork with a cable tie?

Rubbish, my chips CC and WT get attached to my fork, on occasion I have had it attached to my shoe. Never had a problem in any race be it cycling or running.

The chip on my shoulder is attached with velcro so I can take it off from time to time.LOLLOLLOLLOLLOL
