carlo_sq, what you're saying is so true. a colleague of mine (with a national seeding index of 1.455) is currently off the bike... he let his body fat drop below 2% Dead he is seeing a nutritionist (appointment today) to get an eating program with foods that he likes to get it up. but until it's high enough he's not allowed to cycle. so few peeps realise how dangerous it is to have too low a body fat %.

to much fat... around 80% plus... Pig

thus I ride a susser. At least with suspension the bikes geometry returns back to normal after hitting a bump. The HT's never did. Always had the rear wheel grinding on my ass after hitting that speed bump...<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Hey carlo, not sure everyone believes in this but according to the Blood Type Diet.......if you are blood type A then peanut butter is actually very good for you.

14%

Here is a good example from Spidey.

Alot of people I know make a big thing about their BF%, what some people dont know is as Carlo SQ pointed out that if it is to low you are suseptable to getting ill very easily along with other issues.

Also it differs between men and women and people of different ages and people think if your BF% is 10% you an elite athlete. It is true but what age 22?

I dont know Spideys age but he ride SV and is pretty much one of the top guys in his age category and his BF% is 14% this would in normal people eyes seem alot but according to his age it isnt.

BF% is not as important as some people make it out to be.

ww if you are 14% BF then you are in serious trouble. a woman is not meant to be below 20%

go see a dietician now

Hmmm, maybe that's why I keep getting to a level of form and then getting sickErmm

But seriously, it's not like I starve myself LOL
