Now leave me alone..... Look...seriously....it does not help you riding for 6 hours. 4hour long rides is more than enough...the difference is how do you ride that 4 hours...some people like it small blade some ride it big blade. My motto....train smarter not harder.... It just does not make sense training so much...our races in CPT is even shorter...we look around 80km - 90km!!!!
