Mampara, I'm not going to talk to you! Not fair that you're going to the coast whilst we have to sit at the office!

I know you're going to have a great time!

wonduhboy, what would be your choice? I still love the Spruit, but wonder if I'm spending too much time there. If we do settle on the Spruit, was keen to go up to Albert's Farm, down through Emmarentia all the way to Randburg and then back through Delta Park. Fairly long ride, lots of fun.

From Fourways, take Cedar road past Broadacres and Chartwell. At the Tjunction, turn right onto the R114. Follow this road for a few km until you see the Bunkhouse on the left. This is where you buy tickets. After buying tickets, continue in the same direction for another few km, over the river and past Heronbridge College. At the top of the hill, you will see an entrance on the left with a Johannesburg Water (JW) sign outside. This is Northern Farm. Drive in the gate and park in the parking lot (with wooden horsey fences!)

From Pta, take the freeway towards Krugersdorp (from Centurion go straight, from Groenkloof turn right). Follow this past Diepsloot, take the next offramp at R512. Turn left. At robot (Lion Park Cafe is ahead) turn left again. Follow this road for at least 10km until you pass Cedar road on the right. Follow directions as above.
