My husband is looking to buy a new frame. Yesterday he phoned the Specialized Rep (Phone number published in Bicycling/Ride) Magazine.  Anybody who has ever been on the Specialized website will know that theres many many many diffirent types of frames. My hubby was looking to find out the diffirence between the frames as the shops are not clued up enough to inform him and also to find out what size he would ride as the conversion from a conventional frame to the specialized is very ingewikkeld. (here again the guy at the shop just kept telling him you'll ride the biggest frame, which is not true)

To make a very long, unhappy & rude story short:

 

'SPECIALIZED MUST TAKE THEIR BUSINESS AND SMOKE IT!!!!'

 

Obviously this guy is not interested in making money!!

Perhaps the BIKE SHOP should take their business and smoke it - cant blame SPECIALIZED for a slap gat bike shop / person.

 

Who is this contact person who is bringing bad vibes to the brand...

The run around for good service is really a pain in the #@# . But once you found it thing are so much easier . Found mine at Bruce Reyneke cycles in Centurion and we got a very good relationship and understanding now .
