Merthiolate will sort it out.

Can you still get it?

I used to use it to dry out blisters when I was paddling, but tried to find some the other day and none of the pharmacies could get stock..

You need to find out what ailment you have. If its jock itch then cortisone will make it worse, and only lamisil or terbical will work.

The advice I had for my first Epic was 100% Tea Tree Oil. it's antiseptic, dries fast, and cleans up just about anything in a day or two.

You still get Methiolate. It burns like the furnaces of Hell. I have seen grown men cry like babies when they apply it to the effected area.
