When it comes to recovery it's never to late and best taken ASAP afterwards. What type of replacement juice are you refering to and do you really need to take any "juice", other than water?

[/quote'] Jy gaan VET word!!!!! 1.5 hour class I get 3000kj burn. I have been spinning for just over 8 years now, giving classes at VA. About 4 classes per week and I have NEVER taken anything else than water.....and coffee before the class. But each to his own....... Try and see what works best for you.......
