You are not supposed to be out of sight of the tester. This is to prevent the athlete from taking / doing something to possible dilute / difuse the test result. [/quote'] Thats a bit mischievious and not totally true - its what LA and his publicity caravan has said. Neither the french doping agency or the tester has yet publicly made a statement referring to this matter last time I looked. So we have one side of the story, and everyone is saying its the fact - LA has the best publicity, spin doctoring team in the world.

I seem to recall reading hair samples are only for FUTURE tests, to see if there are anomalities later, its not related to the immediate tests, so unless he gave hair samples before, there can be no match, however as these apparently were clean, they now have a standard for the future. Perhaps someone could confirm this, but I think its what I read.

Again you gotta a point, albeit only 1/2 a point You expect the froggies to admit that they kocked it up and gave him permission?So untill they refute LA's statement....Even then it will be a case of i said he said they said and we will never actually know....

[/quote'] After reading that book its been very hard for me to believe that the top tour riders do not dope.For me LA will never be found quilty. . waaaay to much money envolved.The repercussions of him being found quilty is going to be way to big. But we'll never know

Then the one day he just whipped it out and gave the sample right there at the front door. those WADA folks bever bothered him again.
