A retailer I spoke to recently said that Raleigh let them know they they wherenot allowed to put more than 9% as mark-up on their products in orderget the prices down. Were cracking , so as a goodwill gesture Raleigh gave a few frames to the various Raleigh dealers who sold a carbon frame only for R6500.00.
