Christie Posted June 13, 2009 Share For me, its between the Specialized and the Scott. P4 will be fast, too, but it does not score big in the looks department. Perhaps a nice paint job will help. The look has a very nice paint job! I don't like the bent top tube, though. As far as aerodynamics go, it seems streight top tubes are best - Specialized and Bianchi tried bent/curved/sloping, but went back to streight with their latest designs. The problem with sloping top tubes seems to be then the airflow is not 100% from the front.

I love the retro look of thin tubes and chrome lugs of a classic steel Colnago road bike, but a TT bike must look fost and futuristic imo. I find the weight hard to believe - I would have guessed it to be closer somewhere between 8-9 kgs. Christie2009-06-13 11:38:
100Tours Posted June 13, 2009 Share Steel is denser, but you can go so much thinner (narrow tubes / thinner walls). nd the ride quality is AWESOME. I'd like to take that little guy out for a spin. The handlebar mounted on the fork beneath the 'steerer' tube should be uber-rigid and I'd guess incredibly light GotThatInCarbon2009-06-13 11:52:
