Helmetless wonders are everywhere - saw one at SBR on Saturday. Not quite the place to be riding helmetless given the wicked curvy downhills. Each to his own I guess - just another way that Darwin is cleaning up ye olde gene pool...

Let them be. N one tells you not ride a carbon bike because it can break without warning. If they die, they die. It's their own stupidity.

I agree with para, let them be, anyone with an ounce of brains know what the consequences of a fall are, so there isn't much to protect in the first place for these oakes. Ignore.

When I was training for Epic in 2007/2008 I often used to ride without a helmet, mostly on the way up only.

I used to think to myself...I must get used to wearing a helmet cos I have to wear one everyday on Epic...

THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL I AM RIDING WITHOUT MY LID NOW!!

I wear a helmet because the law says "Do it."

When what I really need is a helmet big enought to fit my ass so my few brain cells can be protected.

'para is right though, it's his head so stop worrying yours about it.

Let him be an organ donor.
