Kidding mate.This is a tragedy.... What will PPA do about it.... They stand outside densely populated settelments and hand out helmets and lights . NOW one of their members have been shot with an air rifle. Are we going to be issued with bullet proof vests on renewal of our PPA memberships which is due now.......Either way.... These kids will probably get a slap on the wrist for this sick behaviour. What then.... I feel they should be let to the mercy of the bunch of riders that were involved on that morning....

Spud Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 Our local radio station (Algoa FM) has a spot for the "morning moanterist". This morning a DWIS by the name of Dave called in and said that he had had a spat with cyclist going through a red light at 05.05 this morning. He gave chase and instead of them taking their spanking like real men they had verbaly abused him..............so tomorrow he will be there with his paintball gun and he will be shooting those that go through the red light again. I can't wait to hear the outcome of this encounter.
Vuilgoed Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 You roadies are Wussies! We MTB'rs pay people to line the single tracks and take shots at us with pellet guns. Sometimes, after a heavy week at work, I actually prefer rubber bullets - now those pack a real punch!
