This topic doesn't make me angry as such..... http://www.chainwheel.co.za/?p=494 It makes me want to say that we deal with the same k@k at every MTB race but we don't get to be interviewed about it. I am sure it's way tougher sitting on rollers or riding up and down while the normal crowd freezes in the pen. One word..... SEEDING

?

Hey M!! are you bored?? LOLTongue

I see that no-one has had any anger to vent in almost 2 months. Didn't realise that the Hubbers where such an accepting bunch. smiley2.gif

I have a rant against the SA Post Office. smiley7.gif

I purchased some Cree LED's, lenses, driver, battery and battery charger from a number of suppliers (UK & Holland) to build my own bike light. Instead of each supplier posting the goods to SA and risk the parcels going missing, I got them to post them to my brother in the UK who in turn would concatenate (the big word for the day smiley4.gif) the parcels and forward it to me.

He posted the parcel on 5th October and fully 6 weeks later, the parcel has yet to arrive. I can only imagine that some lousy good for nothing (yes, there are stronger words I could have used but seeing that this is a family show....) at the SAPO has jacked the parcel. That's like R1.7k down the friggen toilet !!

What he/she/it would do with some Cree LEDs and lenses I have no idea. Even the battery is useless to them.

Makes me the moer-in!! smiley7.gif

I went to collect some shoes at the main sorting office in Goodwood and while waiting I was watching the customs guys open parcels and look at what was on the "menu" .... twice I pointed out to the one chap that goods had been left out of the opended parcel when it was being resealed...

Here's my rant for the day.....

SA freakin Revenue Service smiley7.gif

Need I say more.

I have spent the last week trying to organise a tax clearance certificate for a tender and then this morning after spending 2 hours with them, they then come up that I owe them a VAT return for last month, which is utter bullsh*t cause I file all returns through e-filing.

It would appear that if your VAT return is a "credit", the return "disappears" into the blue yonder called cyberspace. smiley7.gif

This is about the POEPHOLS that keep on throwing their green bottles out of their windows onto the roads. Just blerrie stoppit OK!!!!!

Thuggie....you can do your Clearance Certificates through e-filing as well.?

I know, but when they tell you that you owe them money when in fact its the other way around, a visit is necessary to sort out there inefficiencies.
