For free I wanted to add that into the ride, but team leader said 'negative'..... so it was omitted from the ride. One month more before we get more passes in with longer distance (or just more passes with the same distance)

You can build slowly on the hills I'm going to join you guys soon! But our team is having our year-end function this Saturday which will include a team training (or more like story telling and joking) ride in the morning. Maybe out to Rooi-Els or then to Chappies. I'll keep an eye open for any new news on this thread.

BMF Fan did the Panorama Tour with his Strandloper teammate, Justin. Think they finished 17th of the Subvets. Don't know if he still visits the Hub?! I think is is more on another cycling forum.
