You going all the way to Franschoek so why not throw in that 'little' beautiful pass?! For free :)

 

I wanted to add that into the ride, but team leader said 'negative'..... so it was omitted from the ride. One month more before we get more passes in with longer distance (or just more passes with the same distance) :thumbup:

Is it okay if I do the pass while you guys chill and have coffee? Since I don't have the luxury of a coffee stop when in Austria, but will have a few Col's to conquer...

I'm going to join you guys soon! But our team is having our year-end function this Saturday which will include a team training (or more like story telling and joking) ride in the morning. Maybe out to Rooi-Els or then to Chappies.

 

I'll keep an eye open for any new news on this thread.

Starting at 07h00 from Medi-Clinic, Wellington Rd, D Ville.

Route following Helshoogte Pass, Pniel, Franschoek rest stop, back via Simondium & Klapmuts.

Distance about 115 kms.

Avg speed about 27,0 km/h.

BMF Fan did the Panorama Tour with his Strandloper teammate, Justin. Think they finished 17th of the Subvets. Don't know if he still visits the Hub?! I think is is more on another cycling forum.

How are you? I made it back alive from Ma-poep-al-lankal. What a great experience!!!!

I can recommend adding a 'tour' / multi-stage race on your to-do-list.

 

Anyhoooow, would love to join you okes, this week is a bit out, but let me know your plans for next week, pretty please. Need to get through winter!!!
