Very well - range of motion > 95% left, 70% right.

 

No x rays taken as improvement has been good.

 

Sjoe! That freaky incident really sprained them badly.

 

I will be back on the bike tomorrow for 2.5 hrs on flat and rolling hills.

Waiting for full recovery before I take on steeper climbs in the South.

Don't fret. I'll keep you company. The two race snakes can duke it out at the front, I'm doing a lsd ride.

There are many 'escape routes' on the way back, mjdeacon. That could reduce your mileage by 10 - 15 kms should you really wanna opt out.

And the wind is forecasted to be on your back from Stellenbosch.

my ride need to start in the dark again :( going to the inlaws, so need to get my 4hrs in very early

Have emailed Skoonpa to see if he is lus to ride with.... might drop that average though (think that that is his race average...)

 

Correction. His Burger average was 28.51Km/h.....

I am sure I'll manage or I will just have to. Generally I can go for a long time if not too fast. Looking forward to the ride.
