Mtb Roadie, planning to do just that, starting tomorrow. Don't think I'll be able to do another ride today, no matter how easy.

You should not spin yourself dead, you just go for a relaxing cycle at a HR of 118-128 (Zone 2) for about a hour and half, I been doing it now after high intensity rides and then the day after that I rest one day and start training again, so you end up cycling 6 days a week with about 2 recovery rides. @ Wannabe, go for it, you will feel better tomorrow, take tomorrow off then and do a easy cycle Thursday and then go on with training
