Wannabe Posted July 3, 2010 Posted July 3, 2010 G Man. We did the Polkadraai, Stellenbosch, part of Helshoogte, Elsenberg (I think), Joostenberg, Turned left before Silos road, Durbanville route. Took it quite slow (it is after all winter, not time for high intensity rides just yet ). I also did 90km at avg of just below 25km/h. Happy with that. We must ride together soon.

'Dale Posted July 11, 2010 Posted July 11, 2010 After a chilly and mostly wet weekend, I will be heading out tomorrow from 12h00 for some base training: 90 kms / 3.5 hrs.Klipheuwel Silos > Paardeberg > R44 and back via Fisantekraal.Starting from Wellington Rd / Graanendal Traffic lights.No rain, little wind forecasted. Let me know if you wanna come along. Even if you're a Spanish football supporter!
