Not skyjumping this weekend so keen for a ride (MTB or road) - from D'ville area if possible, Saturday or Sunday (don't feel like driving to go for a ride).

Only two riders on Saturday (one of my DC team mates and myself). Just proved how sleg I became over the last 8 weeks since the "FLU".

Did the scenic route out over Chappies to top of Blackhill and back, 75km, and I suffered big time. HR was all over the place, no power in the legs, all in all a crappy ride. The weather was good, almost no wind and cool, if not cold, temperature.

T.I.T.S. is what I need, but the weather is not playing along.

Dunno how "easy" it would be (a relative term amongst Cyclist's )

There might be some of my DC team members arriving for the ride, so the pace should be brisk, but not "tongue hangin on the floor" type riding (at least I hope not)

If enough people pitch, we can do a slower / faster group.

Back up vehicles will be provided, only problem is that you will have to organize your own lift back (possible weekend away with the family maybe).
