The photo below was taken at 2200m high on day 4, just before heading down to some warmer pastures. Rynard and Charl were riding the Skin hardtails. Gnarly Posted July 29, 2009 Share I went last year, 2008, did not finish....... . When they say there is alot of climbing that is an understatment!!!!! There is a Sh!t load of climbing. The technical stuff was not so bad, it's the pushing that got to me, Uphill. We had a stage of 124km, 1hr 30 min into the stage we had done 7km!!!!!!! Will compare in to Epic next year.....
