The frame is identical to mine, so until someone throws a spanner into the works, it's a mid 80's Specialissima SL. Had a look at some later model Specialissimas sold on Steel-Vintage and it seems that the later models moved away from the capped seat stays. I don't know if it can be repaired? If you have a left side or complete crankset please let me know.
