Amoryn, eers moet jy oefen sodat jy 150km gemaklik kan ry. Daarna gooi jy 'n klomp heuwels in en as jy dit gemaklik kan doen doen begin jy aan spoed werk. Moenie vergeet dat jy wegspring as die temparatuur naby friespunt is en eindig as dit 30 grade is nie.

Take a standard 'argus' training program (advanced not beginner one) and add 50% to long rides and 25% to short/ hard/ strength work bits, rest is the same
