I saw this for the first time just before my 4th Ironman.

I ended up having severe cramps on the bike and all i could think of...was if they could do it then anyone can.

Team Hoyt are pretty good.

They have been around for a while. A friend pushes mentally handicapped kids around on weekends on his training ride - a few guys on the hub helped design the push cart he uses. I also remember getting alot of advice on the hubs, as they need to be at a special angle.

how many iron man's have these guys done together?

what realy broke my heart was in an interview with the son, who speaks through a computer said his greatest dream would be to push his dad across the finish line one day.

I watch this video at least once a month.

Team Hoyt has done over 1000 endurance events, including 6 Ironmans and  a bike and run across America.

They have been inducted into the Ironman Hall of Fame.

Rick (the son) in spite of his challenges, holds a degree from Boston University.

Think your day is tough, think again.
