gummibear Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 I saw this for the first time just before my 4th Ironman. I ended up having severe cramps on the bike and all i could think of...was if they could do it then anyone can.

A friend pushes mentally handicapped kids around on weekends on his training ride - a few guys on the hub helped design the push cart he uses. I also remember getting alot of advice on the hubs, as they need to be at a special angle.

They have been inducted into the Ironman Hall of Fame. Rick (the son) in spite of his challenges, holds a degree from Boston University. Think your day is tough, think again. www.teamhoyt.com
