Birthday/ Breakfast ride NF 20th May

Thyolo, NF is open to walkers, horse riders, MTBers, bird watchers, etc so definitely great for the whole family. B will be setting up the breakfast next to the lake, look for posts under training about previous breakfast rides...

The Thug, Superdad is FAST! I pushed really hard on Sunday and he told me that he could ride at this pace all race?!!! But I did beat him up the hills occassionally (must be the new bike LOL)

Thanx to everyone who's helping me with spare bikes! Gosh! Got a lot of novices coming with me!  What a great excuse for me not to have to ride with the crazy people!
