I am busy going through this excercise with a lady that works for me and we are assisting her as far as possible with what we can. It also is a 3 month process here in our large corporation at least allows the person some time to at least attempt to get another job. And should something come up in another dept she will be considered first ..... I must say it has also been a traumatic experience for me
