Fatty, since SA all I done is take the bike out the car - front wheel is still off. I find once I am over the first 3 to 5 days it is easy to stay off the bike untill the weather turns a bit better!

 

 

 

Today it has so I must try and get out round lunch when it warmer!

Man-i loved it when it was exams. did my best training then. Always thought: better go ride now so I can study and then I ride and ride and ride. stuff the studying! (that coming from a teacher... ha ha)

grrr...too scared to do that now coz then my cycling gets the blame for everythingThumbs%20Down...But ja - especially in summer exams are the best time for training!!

I feel grreatt this morning Approve

I used to ride in to work too. 50km each way-great in summer for training but k@k in winter. now i live like 4min from work so now i'm lazy in the morning!

Im so desperate to get into proper training again that Im going spinning at lunch! (and I hate spinning) The bag is lying there staring at me. I have a problem that Im an auditor so Im away from home quite often and often its in the gatkant of the world.

 

How the hell do you train properly!! and stay motivated???
