"LOOK" or "TIME" frame and why ?

would you buy a "look" topend frame or "time " ?

and whats the reasoning besides preferance ?

If you don't have Time to Look around then you need to Trek jou finger and Raleigh up your troops because it's quite a BH to find what you're looking for. Maybe Colnago and ask him for his advise.
