But also keep in mind that it is highly likely that Schleck also took 800ml of oxygen enriched blood on the same days that Conto took his. The real winner should probably be Ryder Hesjedal (my guess as the best placed "clean" rider).

 

I say: Use the new plasticizer test on all samples collected, & get rid of the 20 or 30 blood dopers, which would probably include the whole Astana, Saxo and Colombia.
