This stuff is crazing but I have to admit have motor paced behind traffic, trying to get a speeding fine on my bike. The women was rather shocked when she checked her mirror and there I was!!!!

I agree these methods sound insane but you have to give credit to this guys reputation...somehow i think he knows what he's talking about...I guess it comes down to one question: How fit do you want to be...

Really fail to see what is wrong with the article . Extreme training is nothing new and I am sure there are people that would like to know how to try and induce a heart attack .
