Of all days it should have been on Jan 1st if you work according to the BC/AD calendar.

I have never thought it was introduced by anti-Christians, just felt no need to abbreviate the word Christ, as I too deem it to be disrespectful - personal opinion. Why do we feel the need to do so in the word Christmas, yet in your statement above you don't abbreviate the word Christian to "Xian"?

Seriously? You're rolling out that old chestnut again? Simply, a poor post deserved a poor retort. You got personal; I didn't. It has been suggested here that I apologise for causing offence even if I don't mean it and even if it wasd not my intention to cause it; that it would take a big man to do so. That I can't and won't do to you. Your actions here don't warrant it. Using your proclaimed piety to launch a pitiful personal attack on me is pathetic. I don't need to get over it. I think you may, though. You've tried the "grates" comment on me before in private. It hasn't worked there. You really think it's going to have any effect here? Attention seeking an illness? Really? So you're familiar with the condition? I hope you're seeking help.

The only thing the website says is that you have to use the Fountains entrance on public holidays. Dunno if that applies to Chritmas too.

Would've been awesome to start Christmas day with a bike ride but we're having the whole family over for lunch, so that won't work.

You've tried the you-don't-like-that-I-don't-like-you thing on me before. That's the old chestnut. Where you get this from, I have no idea. It didn't work then. It won't work now.

I am well aware that you keep a paper trail of evidence. Luckily I don't need to; I need nothing to cover my ass. How does that song go again? Guilty feet have got no rhythm…

Your reponse on my defence of the thread title as not being "disrespecful" (not offensive, which you only later mentioned) tried to typify the kind of person you think I am. That's personal in my book. You may see it different.

I don't know why you are so obsessed with my post count, but since you are, I'll do something special just for you.
