Silo's and back will be fun tonightLOL

guess I'll do an hour or so on the IDT tonight. Damn I hate that thing. I don't know about everyone else but my butt kills me after just 30min on the IDT and then it's absolute pain all the way until I finish. I don't have that problem on the road with a tiny saddle. racman2007-10-17 09:16:46

just ride in the wind.  you'll enjoy it one day when the gautengers come down and moan about the light morning breeze

Panzie! Just ride in the wind. As long as you're doing youre HR or Power intervals, who cares how fast you're going. And besides.... you get used to riding in the wind and then laugh when everyone else bitches about it

Hey FanD have you checked the wind at Somerset now !! Flippin 'ell I must be a pansie Cry

I am just getting over the fact that I am barely a proper cyclist (being only in "M" group)  and now I am also a pansie. Next you'll tell me there's no Santa Claus as well - I don't think I could take that !!!!Cry

Exactly.

Or get up early in the morning and avoid the wind. There was just a gentle breeze this morning Wink
