A few days ago when I went onto the Hub on my Cellphone (Ericsson C902) the format was different.

I have to now again wade through the full page content to get to the sections I want to. Where did the mobile format go?

I loved the mobile format. I loaded quickly and was very easy to navigate on the smaller screen of the phone?

Did anything change??

I also logged onto the mobile adress. But it is the same.

Same problem on my nokia n 97. Mobile hub worked fine till about a week ago. I also logged on with my pc and tried to acces the moble version but it kept directing me back to this version. Maybe mods can look into this.

Cheers

Hi guys,

Apologies for the inconvenience!

I've resolved the issue.

A somewhat unrelated update we made a few days ago reset the default skin for guests, so if you weren't logged in on you mobile it would have directed you to the full site. This explains why only certain users experienced the issue.

Let me know if you still have trouble accessing the mobile version.

sometimes when viewing threads with photos, the mobile browser will change to fit in the picture at the set resolution.

invariably this means that the picture is mobile screen sized and the text is now tiny. get out the magnifier and scroll to read text?

is there a way around this, maybe keep all pics as thumbnails with a click to fullsize?

Hi SteveCT,

Thanks, I have noticed this as well. I'll look into ways to avoid the resize / small text.

yep not working on my BB curve either, all sort of error messages and wont take password

Hi guys,

Did this start happening recently? If possible let me know the date / time you noticed the change and any error messages / codes you see.

I've just tested on a BB Storm and it seems fine, will try a bold shortly.

Perhaps try clearing the BB's browser cache. When in the web browser press the Home / BB button -> Options -> Cache Operations -> Clear History (Also clear content cache and cookie cache)

I'll test on a Bold and see if anything changes.
