Ashchest Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Cycled from Centurion to Northern Farm, did a 15k Northern Farm ride (back gate entry withoutan access card, oops! ), then chilled at the tuck shop with energade and Bar One for 10 minutes, cycled back to Centurion. Getting ready for Baberton month end. Total 60km

Mr Legs Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 I did a short trip in Majic Forest, about 1h15min. Don't know what I am training for, I was training for the Two Oceans, tore a calf muscle, cannot run at all, but it does not bother me while cycling. Now if that is not a sign from the gods of excercise that I should be cycling, not running.

LukeV-2 Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Hit a patch of what looked like a small muddy patch, next thing my whole front wheel dips in and i was thrown over the front. haha. must of been some kind of sinking sand 'cos my wheel was more the half submerged.
