I have the pleasure to say I have also dealt with him, very decent trustworthy guy. After buying a frame from him which it turns out would have been too small, he readily agreed to send another one down to PE for me. Pleasure to deal with someone like that.

maybe it might be a good idea for buyers to vote on sellers, and with some sort of calculation, the seller receives a rating based on how he/she handled a sale.

just a thought. but good on you Chaunce, and thanks Charltjie for letting other hubbers know who is a good person to buy stuff from.

All that is left for me to do is ride the bike and learn the etiquette of the roadies.

And remove the spoke protector from the back wheel :P

I've also had good dealings with Chaunce.

Thought I'd push it around for the first month, seeing tha road cycling is so dangerous (or so I've heard)

...a Push Bike then.. (someone had to say it!)

Seriously though, enjoy your new bike!

I am the proud owner of a new Giant Anthem - thanks to Chaunce. What an absolute pleasure dealing with him. Chaunce went out of his way to source me the bike I wanted and the size I needed. Chaunce ensured that I was completely satisified with the product and in all my interactions with him he acted with integrity and an open honesty that made me feel 100% confident throughout the contract.

There are many many huge corporates that can learn volumes from Chaunce in terms of customer service.

I can highly recommend doing business with Chaunce. I look forward to buying my next bike from him...once i've saved up some bucks again :D

Maybe a rating system like bid or buy.

At http://www.guitarforum.co.za/classifieds/ the users put their buy/selling trades as part of their posting signatures...

So they put their ratings in the signatures - Good deals with : Chaunce , MTB King , Breezer , Maxxis etc

See a perfect example in the signatures of the guys here : http://www.guitarforum.co.za/classifieds/gator-deluxe-electric-guitar-case/.

Its a DIY method of rating that works really well , probably don't even need to ask the mods

;)
