The start times are not final... At least the start order. CSA (aka the Commissaires) want x+y and we (the organisers) want x

If we go according to their proposal, the Elites (Cat1) will not be able to cross the line because the last few groups wouldn't have started. Trust me, we know what speed they ride at and when they'll finish (give or take a few minutes for weather conditions).

Please CSA, you've cocked enough up over the past few weeks, leave the organising to people have been doing it for many years.

I'm sure you'll do fine Shanster, just be aware the route on the R23 from the R550 join is shared by the long and medium distance riders so try keep as far left as you can,

Look for the big tent top look alike that covers Carnival city and you're home.

thanks Scotty will do !

You can't compare Carnival to 94.7! 94.7 is continuously undulating. This is relatively flat. Don't bother looking a profiles because if there is a 200m vertical ascent climb but over 15km then you will not even feel it as a climb. Ride for Sight was also flattish but with a few undulations near SBR towards Heidelburg and then one proper climb out of Heidelburg.

Thanks for the comment. I tried SBR yesterday, only got away at 10:00 and the heat killed me, bailed at 53kms. Is there a proper hill on the 103km this weekend?
