Well acording to the Cape Times today a high school kid got injured due to dangerous and illegal manoeuvre during a scrum..he sued the opposing player and won...damages estimated to be millions....so sue the brat and he will think twice next time...!

Why..no insurance...

+1....agree with you ...as a motorist I am so aware of my surroundings and other road users...the fact that I drive international tourists that will sue me to death should anything happen to them....i have insurance though..just make me so much more observant.....and our motorists ...oi need I say more..

I just think that motorists should change their f***kin attitude..the bigger , the more expensive their cars...the K*kker their attitude. I see it daily ..the d**se with their german sh*t and jap cr*p driving like lunatics while on their cell phones...what gets me is these guys can afford these fancy cars but can't afford a hands free kit...bunch of w*nkers if you ask me... anyway..just got home now .. finished working and I'm gonna go for a ride now while the sun's up in sunny ol'd cape town...hopefully I'll make back... Me and the wifey were in the area once and I dragged her in there cos I wanted to check out the place....was recommended to me by Avron of cycletraders...was looking for an entry level mtb....wife turned around ...said that place is suspect....as usual she was right again.....lol

Bast**ds...had a similar incident..window was not working AFTER the service...they told me it must be the motor that had seized...also a 3k job...I told the guy I'll have a look first....guess what ..flippen fuse removed.... I went back there and told him what a 530d he was ....still telling everybody about this d**s...

I hear what you say, my point I tried to make was that I don't see these black guys riding these bike for normal commutes. So they must be selling them....and to Who...this could be a white guy...stripping ..rebuilding.. possibly a shop..a hubber...who knows???
