    Cricket......

Although not a great Aussie side, it's a great team effort considering no AB & mostly no Steyn!
  2. Finally! some excitement in F1...
  3. Anyone tried the new Lion Lager that's making it's umpteenth come back? Had some over the weekend, not a bad quaffing beer, but not particularity distinctive in taste either. Although the label says 4% alcohol, it seemed very 'light'.
  4. Naughty Friday... N
  5. Hang in there Mojoman! I'm almost 3 years free after stop/starting a couple of times. I just remind myself how lousy it is 'need' a smoke, how nice it is to wake up without the smoke taste in your mouth & not having the smoke smell on your hands...these three reminders keep me smoke free!!

Awesome ride by Binder! So proud to the SA flag on the top of the podium. But what's with playing only half the SA Anthem?
  7. Mmmm...very tempting.
  8. Been a bleak weekend for Bok rugby. SA'A' lost yesterday, the Boks & U20's lost today!
  9. For those interested, there is a FB group to visit - https://www.facebook.com/wonderfulwoodworking/
  10. It's pretty basic, measured the space I had for a bench, googled some design ideas..... Sure it's clean, or was...... that picture was taken a few minutes after completion.
  11. There is quite some talent posted here, good work boys! I went to buy a work bench & did not like the price, so decided to build my own.
  12. Friday only comes around once a week....
  13. Absolutely, unicorns have been around for ages....
  14. That looks a pretty awesome trip.....my next trip will be something similar, so thanks for sharing.... A couple of mates & I did a 2 day Lesotho trip the weekend before last, well, in fact a 4 day trip, but only 2 through Lesotho. Coming from Durban, did a scenic route to Underberg, then up Sani Pass....St Theresa's....Sehonghong......Motobeng (overnight at Bob Phillips camp)......Sehlabathebe National Park (also an overnight camp).........Ramatilitso border gate.....Matat......swartberg & back to Underberg before return to Durban. The beauty of Lesotho was on full display for us & the weather good.....this route in the wet would be a nightmare. As it is the +/- 25 km's from Bob Phillips to Sehlabathebe took just over 3 hours on the GS!
  15. I'm not so sure. Two reasons, they will likely take some abuse & look tacky if not 'cleaned' up quickly, also matching the colour over time could be tricky & expensive. Secondly, that colour stands out, so, should you spray them black they won't seem that obvious. Regardless, that bike will look cool!
  16. Standard one have worked fine for me, just take the rubber inserts out as they are slippery when wet, especially when standing for long periods.
  17. Excellent news, well done! The hard work has paid off.
