  2. I'm keen to try my hand at fly fishing a little bit... Best 3 piece and reel for starting out?
  3. Its pretty much the same style dropouts the trek SS used, its a through axle design in a slotted dropout. The only difference being the trek is SS only whereas the Giant still retains a hanger... Trek http://reviews.mtbr.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Trek_Superfly_SS_3.jpg Giant http://reviews.mtbr.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/XTC-Advanced-+-SS-1024x657.jpg
  4. I dunno what my SS weighs... *thats a lie *it weighs in the 9kg range ish...
  5. In all honesty the Silvia is a superior machine, those entry level Isomac and La Pav machines are very basic.. for similar money the Silvia is miles ahead!
  6. The silvia will be miles ahead of the others!

  8. Ah flip replied ass about face... This is what you buy for R10k https://www.yuppiechef.com/rancilio.htm?id=10271&name=Rancilio-Silvia-E-V5-Manual-Espresso-Machine&PHPSESSID=lh2kn9d96c04bpt1r2lp6vnsv6 can be had cheaper! But a silvia is great! If not the best entry manual espresso machine... (oh and an oscar, but I think they ugly..) https://www.facebook.com/HeavenlyCoffees/?pnref=lhc These guys used to get them cheaper you'd have to check..
  9. I think they both fairly similar machines. Both would benefit from a PID
  10. An edge 500 will work fine.
  11. I cant log in this morning to complete my registration...
  12. Once we enter as solo, could some solo riders share a backup vehicle?
  13. More ok go madness!!
  14. Depends on the store, my local keeps his roasted beans in steel buckets in the front of the store but he refills them at least once a week on the slowest selling bean! If it stands for more than a week and half then its ***
  15. I am just trying to arrange a back up driver!
  16. so who is doing this?
  17. Not sure if this has been posted yet, take the time to watch it...
  18. Same chisels my dad has
  19. Thanks to both me and you hahaha That being said, keep your eyes pealed on gumtree and olx for deals on "chromebox" machines like the isomac... can be had for cheap and spares are easily available!
  20. You would get more Crema, but quality of coffee I'm not so sure. I would stick to the mokkapot and aeropress for taste reasons.. Crema is not the be all and end all, it looks great in the cup! Key to good crema as V12 said is fresh beans, the more fresh the better. Order beans online if getting them close to home is an issue. I know a few places will deliver great coffee!
