I've got hopes on both my bikes and they are faultless and from what I've heard the Guides are super nice. I won't but shimanos again - when they are new they are fantastic brakes, excellent really, its when they not so new anymore the difference shows.

No, I think they both solid. Just the cotic I feel is a bit better finished

The cotic... It has a much better construction and a great geometry... Contraband... Odd geo, very flexy frame. But nice.

Started up again, had a single slice of toast with avo, mozzo cheese, mushroom, left over wors and two fried eggs.. Got some coconut oil for the mid morning push and a late afternoon dinner of chicken breasts and fire asparagus lined up... I am wheening myself off the toast, so one slice is better than 2! :-) I find it much easier if I plan for the day!

Yeah I struggle to get comfy on most dual suss bikes, I test rode the very first ones only so I can only speak about those and I struggled. *that being said, I quite like the look of the new one with 2.8s. A sucker for a plus bike! Like you say each to their own... I mean some people buy e-bikes :-p
