If you are running a XT crank and need to fit to a standard BB30 (Not press Fit BB30) frame you need one of these. http://www.cwcycles.co.za/product/first-bb-30-reducer-r-30 I used this for my current build to fit a Shimano XT crank on a frame with BB30.

Ok, let me share with you guys. I had the same problem with cravings for sweet snacks after a meal and sometimes just during the day for no apparent reason. Actually received it on Teusday already. Best helmet for my head to be honest. This will be my 3rd one. Fits me like no other helmet does. Had Bell and some others before and still the best for me.

Wrote off my rear wheel two weeks in a row now. Each time having to replace the rim as it is so badly buckled the LBS can't even true the wheel without replacing the rim. Lesson learnt, make sure you have a good quality set of skewers and make sure they properly tightend.

I use the KMC missing link. You get single use and re-usable ones, I always use the re-usable ones. The pliers for the link also makes it super easy to remove. I carry one as a spare in the saddle bag for just in case something goes wrong or for a quick fix on a broken chain.
