  1. ha ha..... good luck with that. I have only been cycling for a year and have never locked out my rear shock. Not a big issue that. NB: Make sure you like the look of the bike.
  2. No, that looks too roadie.......... wtf. (Its a nice looking bike)
  3. What's this obsession with being "scared" of looking like a roadie. Being new to cycling I have obviously missed something.
  4. odd with me as well, my resting is 70ish. When I climb on the bike I start of at 100+......... anxiety or what?
  5. Ah what the hell. Got me some and I think they are stunning. Felt quite good on my first ride as well. (and not too dirty) http://cdn.mos.bikeradar.com/images/bikes-and-gear/clothing/shoes/1274347175527-1djyxun5jghlu-399-75.jpg
  6. As background, there is a lot of bull/snake oil in this industry, we obviously learn to adapt and be careful. We also often spend money on stuff that gives marginal benefit. This is a fact of life, not just in cycling. Same for audio, photography and many other hobbies and gadgets. Now why is it that people do not like white MTB shoes when in my opinion there is a real benefit of your feet being kept cooler. I pick up this big thing against it.
  7. 183 L Giant, perfect fit.
  8. It happens much less with ME on my new 29er compared to my old 26.

    Mtb Shoes

I will be pissed off if I was the shop owner. And dont come afterwords and tell me I was more expensive. If your intention was to buy from overseas, then stay out of my shop. Its like stealing in a way.
  10. Surely not........ scary.
  11. Also, Tubeless Ready is the "same" as UST, but for a brand to use the UST name they must pay royalties.

  13. HI, PLEASE LEARN NOT TO TYPE WITH CAPS LOCK. Internet lingo says it is like shouting. I am 183 and had a Med Merida. I think I should have been large. Does not matter what the charts say. Listen to all the advice, but do what feels good to you.
  14. Regarding those girls in your ads.......... how about..........
  15. The person sending it from the UK must put a value on. (I suppose) Suppose he does not have to add the invoice of the original purchase. IGNORE: To many supposes........... sorry
  16. Do they not require an invoice to be sent with?
  17. Why don't your loyal supporters not get an invite to the photo shoots?

Where did you buy from, and how much?
  19. I agree.
  20. If my current shoe gives me a callus (eelt ?) on my small toe (top on the side); would that be as a result of the shoe being to small or to big? (I initially thought it would be as a result of it being to small, but that does not make sense...... or does it) Secondly, I know it is a difficult question to answer, but just how tight must a new shoe fit? Thanks
  21. Anybody that can point me to a manual for sporttracks? Please
  22. I,ve looked at Sporttracks............. difficult to judge. I wish these programs had a manual that tells you how they work or what can be achieved by them. Does a manual for Sporttracks exist, a pointer would be appreciated.
  23. Worked for me. Also lowered mine.
  24. I currently have AKA front & back. I am not sure about the AKA's grip in front on corners with some loose sand/gravel on hardpack. (like on the farms etc) I am considering putting the Saguaro in front for better cornering grip in the above situation. I think the Aka's will be a faster tyre for the back But I would also like further opinions. Here is another image to see the profile.
  25. Did not know that.......... why?
