we did our first ride today in preperation for Bonnie's first argus !!! nice slow 20km just to get her used to the bike as she has been spinning for about three months now and she had to get used to the gears on the bike and the setup ect ect. she is very determined and i am sure we will pull it off

exactly what I say its my helmet i will wear it where i want to even to the loo !!! you know what they say Shirt happens and who knows if the roof aint gonna fall on your head suppose he needs some material for his site to publish reading between the lines he is very shallow to go and put foreign skateboarders in his cycling colum he is rather desperate for material . a bit of a perve too with the pics if you ask me why go and take a full length pic if you only need to show the helmet i ask you with tears in my eyes

reading this sends shivers up my spine friend of mine that bought a brand spanking new 11 speed record with a new special frame and before 50 km of riding the rear deurailer snapped and cracked his new frame he aint no happy chappie believe you me makes one think what is really the best just some food for thought . my shimano ultegra has never given me a day of trouble
