I need some assistance: Moved into new place and it has a massive deek. It was a digs so the varnish that was on it has worn off (90%). Do I just re varnish this massive deek or should I oil the deek? Any suggestions for oil and prep besides sanding? Also have some planks on the deek that have bowed a little, any suggestions besides just throwing a screw through it?

Will be the first time seeing cyclists being so polite, letting the group start ahead of them and being the last person to roll over the matt, 60 seconds after the first person and sitting on the back till the M3! ha ha

It just does not make much sense what government has decided. F1, world champs etc everyone gets tested as a vaccine does not mean you cannot pass on Corona. So the idea of testing is making sure nobody creates a spreader event. If going to bother testing should test everyone.

Transfer of old house was lodged last week. Waiting on seller to settle fine with COCT for illegal wall before I pay remaining purchase price so can effect transfer. I just dont want the issues of another court case even if I dont have to pay for it, I just dont have the time. Very happy in new place. 20 min on the dot to work with a SE pumping headwind. Is there a DIY thread on the hub, only place I am going to be in the next few months.

I think it was when they kept shortening stages, dropping days etc. Then they kept banging on about the hashtag 8DAYSOFEPIC or 8 days of courage and I kept correcting them to 6.5 days of courage etc.
