Hi all, Might be a silly question, but is there any difference in the above two bikes apart from the Calypso coming in a 'female' paint job? Tried to do a bit of research to see if there were any other differences but they seem to be the same bike. Or am I mistaken? Cheers

Just my short anecdotal evidence on MAF here. In May 2020, when we were first let out onto the streets to train, I did about 140km of road running using the MAF method. Incredibly frustrating to begin with, but after one month of consistency I was able to take 20 minutes off of my PB for a 21km. And then life happened and I didn't keep up with the training at all.

Very excited for this race, my first R2TSun. Have a couple of mates doing it and will be starting as a group, but some of them are too strong for the others. Looking forward to it.

I have novice eyes but looks like that fork on the white Specialized is the better one. Not sure about the groupset. Open to be corrected

I remember seeing this route discussed a while back - albeit from the South I think it was. Obviously can't find those posts on the forum to reference to now. But I will be keen on doing something similar at some point early next year as a trainer for R2TS so will be looking out for replies here

I may be deviating slightly (from the discussion around the top end model), but having done a LOAD of reading up and comparing of bikes I’m probably going to settle on the Cypher Dash as my first ‘serious’ bike. Can’t find much else at that price

It may be in the Ts&Cs but you'd think a bit of discretion would be used. If it was two months later - understandable, enforce the Ts&Cs. A few days after receiving the order - I'd be a bit grumpy too. I never keep the original packaging when I order clothing online, seems I need to start keeping it

Have been using Aosept for about 10 years now. I suffered with a lot of protein build up that ReNu didn't adequately clean but the active hydrogen peroxide solution was instantly better for me. It is a 6 hour window period for the solution to neutralize (I've tested it, anything before that and it feels like you are putting a blow torch in your eye socket).

And almost as expensive

Absolutely loved it. All went well, felt strong at the end and could’ve gone a bit longer but my riding partner was taking a bit of strain. Bug has officially bitten
