32GI is great, but you still need real food to power the engine. You have to use it in conjunction with food at regular intervals - every 45mins - 1hr. The point of 32GI is to not peak you but give you a slow release of energy.

Not to sure, but the online store and the physical store are going to be one business. Where before each area had there own pricing and stock. So now you will be able to see all their stock displayed, instead of it sitting in a store room. CWC business is going to BOOM, great idea and very clever move.

Trainers are good for when you can't get out, but can be painfully boring. I had a Tacx Imagic and can highly recommend them. If you have the space, a spare bike and can leave it set-up, the Imagic is very cool. Virtual training, upload GPS rides, Real Life Video and so on. BUT, If you need to pack up after every session it is a pain in the ass and i would recommend a simpler unit like a Tacx Flow.
