I think what he's referring to is that PYGA are based here. Warranty approvals can take place by a quick phone call to Pat and the lads and won't be a drawn out process as when distributors would need to feedback to an internationally based company etc etc... PYGA will have frames readily available - I'd imagine, if the warranty is approved, they'd swop out the frame with a local one and then take it up with the manufacturing setup...
